Your mission

  • Trustworthy monitoring of our holistic (international) recruiting processes through to the signing of the contract and creation of a positive and sustainable candidate experience
  • Target group-specific identification, innovative active sourcing and acquisition of talents via suitable recruiting channels
  • First point of contact for requests and questions from talents
  • Expansion and maintenance of long-term relationships to create trust-based collaboration within the network
  • Analyzing current trends to create sustainable talent acquisition strategies
  • Expansion and continuous optimization of a customized recruiting process
  • Management and further development of employer branding and development of university branding to promote young talent

Your profile

  • Degree in economics or social sciences or comparable business training, ideally with contact to Human Resources
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Communication talent with a passion for networking and a high service orientation
  • Empathic, professional and engaging manner 
  • Pleasure in personal development and an exciting field of work
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally Personio
  • Creative, conscientious and team-oriented personality and organizational talent
