Your mission

  • Participation in the assessment of investment opportunities in the context of whole loan and mezzanine financing 
  • Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders (main responsibility after finalisation of the term sheet)
  • Development of creative solutions in the assessment of investment opportunities for the ideal use of existing investment vehicles 
  • Risk assessment and preparation of investment recommendations to the investment committee as well as preparation of decision papers for the management and other committees
  • Conducting negotiations with borrowers, lawyers and other external service providers
  • Preparation, negotiation and conclusion of loan and collateral agreements
  • Support with reporting/controlling tasks
  • Communicating with business partners in German and English national and international

Your profile

  • Completed economics studies with a financial focus (i.e. Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance & Banking, Accounting & Controlling)
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of commercial property financing, banking or investment banking
  • Knowledge of business plan modelling and financial models
  • High affinity for numbers and MS Excel, analytical skills and results-orientation with a willingness to learn and succeed
  • Advanced organisational skills (planning, coordination and time management) 
  • Confident and convincing manner
  • Structured, independent, committed and team-orientated way of working
  • Very good written and spoken English skills preferable
