Your mission

  • Independent perception of the building owner function as project manager
  • Entrepreneurial, independent and comprehensive supervision of the supervised construction projects
  • Project management of challenging new residential and commercial construction projects across all work phases with a focus on work phases 5-9
  • Organisation, management and execution of projects, considering the technical, scheduling and economic goals
  • Independently communication of project interests to public offices and authorities
  • Tendering, negotiating and awarding project contracts with a focus on general contractor contracts
  • Regulation and control of construction sites and professional construction management

Your profile

  • Completed studies in civil engineering or project management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the coordination, planning and realisation of construction projects or in a related field of activities
  • Relevant knowledge in the field of turnkey construction as well as all work phases and in contract and procurement law (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
  • Willingness to travel, an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality
  • Confident appearance and strong communication skills
  • Independent, economical and structured way of working
