Your mission

  • First point of contact for internal and external contacts for their requests and questions
  • Independent coordination and handling of administrative and organisational tasks for office organisation
  • Preparation and coordination of protocols, analyses, presentations and decision and investment templates
  • Organising and attending internal and external meetings, including the corresponding preparation and follow-up work
  • Participation in acquisition and transaction processes, especially the purchase of real estate properties and portfolios
  • Participation in and realisation of exciting projects
  • Supporting the site director and colleagues in administrative tasks 
  • Travel planning, booking and accounting

Your profile

  • Completed education, preferably in business administration, the real estate or hotel branch
  • Professional experience as a team or office assistant is an advantage, in the real estate field desirable
  • Positive, friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as polite manner
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and customer-oriented personality 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English 
  • Experienced handling of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Conscientious and solution-oriented way of working as well as organisational talent
