Shaping the future of the Ludwigsfeld estate

The Empira Group is pleased to have found a convincing and sustainable design for the future of the Ludwigsfeld estate through these two architectural firms. City Planning Councillor Prof. Dr. (Univ. Florence) Elisabeth Merk commented on the jury's decision as follows: 
"The design by Palais Mai impresses me with two special qualities: firstly, the beautiful open space networking that respectfully deals with the existing buildings, and secondly, the new spatial design of the expanded urban quarter that promises high residential quality. The concept honors the identity of the site, considering its location on the green belt and its history as a place of remembrance.”
