The need for Empira to relocate its headquarters to larger premises has arisen due to the company's growth, integration, and expansion into new business fields on a global scale.
Certified to the latest ecological standards, the office in the Foyer building offers more than 3,000 square meters of space for nearly 120 workstations in single and multiple offices and 40 more in contemporary open-space zones. There are also meeting rooms of various sizes. Great attention was paid to user comfort in the furniture design.
The building meets the highest ESG criteria and is LEED-certified, with labels such as SNBS, Minergie Eco and greenproperty. The headquarters is centrally located with gastronomy, retail, and public transportation in close proximity.
