Duesseldorf, Germany: Festive laying of the foundation stone of our residential project development.
Yesterday we had the pleasure to celebrate together with ZECH Bau and all project participants the laying of the foundation stone. As part of our develop-and-hold strategy, we are realizing a residential project development with a total of 236 residential units in the cosmopolitan district of Duesseldorf Pempelfort. Due to the large cultural and recreational offerings as well as the proximity to the city center and the Rhine, Pempelfort is one of the most desired residential districts.
The project is not only appealing due to its excellent location it also meets high sustainability standards. All buildings will meet the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard. Furthermore, recycled materials will be reused, and biodiversity roofs will be built: thanks to the special selection of plants, they will not only provide a habitat for humans, but also a safe haven for wildlife.
