The project site is located in the Moosach district, which lies northwest of the city center and is one of Munich's oldest districts. The plot is ideally located close to the Olympic Center and the Olympic Park. The exposed project site offers potential for the construction of a commercial building with a gross floor area of approximately 14,081 sqm. The project plans a mixed-use building with office and service flats. By Q1 2026, approximately 4,000 sqm of new office space and up to 280 units within the scope of an accommodation business are planned.
