Empira study: The Range of Residential Market Yields

Zug (Switzerland), 03. August 2018 - The Empira Group develops innovative products in the fields of real estate investment and real estate financing across the entire D-A-CH region. In its latest study, the investment manager analyzed the range of residential real estate market returns in Germany. 110 German cities with more than 75,000 inhabitants were compared with regards to their cash-flow returns, change in value returns and total returns between 2005 and 2017. For this purpose, the Empira research team divided the cities into different clusters based on the four parameters market size, region, rent levels and economic momentum.
